Where does the data come from?
Sale figures come from ADREC — the Abu Dhabi Real Estate Centre — registered transactions. Aqqaar loads the official export, refuses records with a non-positive price, and flags part-share transfers so they can be excluded from any median. Nothing on the platform is scraped or invented.
Is this a property valuation?
No. Aqqaar produces an automated price indication from registered transaction data. It is not a valuation, not a mortgage valuation, and not investment advice. If you need any of those, you need a licensed valuer.
Is the free tier really free?
Yes. A free account tracks a small portfolio, refreshes its price indications, carries basic alerts and answers a set number of AI questions each month. No card is required to open one. The current allowances are listed in the pricing section above.
How does privacy work?
Your identity is not published anywhere on the platform, and it is never sold or handed to agents. Contact requests reach you only after you accept them, and every notification is one you switched on yourself.
Who is behind the platform?
A property should tell you the truth about what it sells for. That sounds obvious. It takes real registered sales, and someone who has spent half his life around buildings to know which numbers matter.
Aqqaar is built by Mohammad Almomani — a civil engineer with a big love for architecture, based in Abu Dhabi. Towers, malls, clinics, gyms. He still works with buildings every day. Aqqaar is the tool he wanted.
How current is the market data?
The record is reloaded from ADREC exports rather than kept as a fixed snapshot. The coverage band above states the exact date the current dataset runs through.
